Freudenberg (Vileda)
For Freudenberg Home and Cleaning Solutions, HOPI is building a new logistics hub in Chomutov for the Vileda brand. The project required connecting warehousing, VAS, fulfilment, transport and global flows inside one coordinated solution — from greenfield facility design through SAP integration to go-live.
Dairy / chilled FMCG
Hollandia
Since 2018, HOPI has been responsible for the full chilled logistics flow for Hollandia — from primary milk collections in Krásné Údolí through the central warehouse in Jažlovice and flavour mixing, up to final retail distribution in the Czech Republic and Slovakia. The entire chain must maintain 2–6 °C with daily rhythm and very short shelf life.
