For Freudenberg Home and Cleaning Solutions, HOPI is building a new logistics hub in Chomutov for the Vileda brand. The project required connecting warehousing, VAS, fulfilment, transport and global flows inside one coordinated solution — from greenfield facility design through SAP integration to go-live.
HOPI designed, built and launched a full 31,000 m² logistics operation combining new-facility design, SAP and master-data preparation, warehouse layout with 45,000 pallet positions, a VAS line producing 60,000 POS displays per year, and a ramp-up model with a 2-hour SLA for truck loading/unloading.
