Full chilled chain running with HOPI since 2018
Since 2018, HOPI has been responsible for the full chilled logistics flow for Hollandia — from primary milk collections in Krásné Údolí through the central warehouse in Jažlovice and flavour mixing, up to final retail distribution in the Czech Republic and Slovakia. The entire chain must maintain 2–6 °C with daily rhythm and very short shelf life.
The model connects primary collections, central warehousing, flavour mixing via an automated robot, chilled storage and final retail distribution inside one controlled 2–6 °C chain with 10× monthly stock rotation, 7 trucks per day in the primary flow, and SAP/TMS-driven paperless processes.
