In 2022, 95 % of the HOPI CZ fleet met Euro 6 emissions standards — the result of a multi-year renewal programme that replaced older vehicles with the latest generation of trucks offering significantly lower NOx and particulate emissions. The transition was not only an environmental imperative but also an operational one: newer vehicles come with better fuel efficiency, advanced telematics, and lower maintenance costs. The next step is evaluating alternative drivetrains — LNG, CNG, and electric — for urban last-mile routes where zero-emission zones are becoming reality.
