HOPI has leveraged EU funding from the Next Generation EU programme and the Operational Programme Environment to co-finance a series of energy efficiency projects across its Czech operations. These include waste heat recovery systems at the Jažlovice distribution centre, photovoltaic installations with electricity accumulation for own consumption, energy savings programmes across Prostějov warehousing operations, and the implementation of a comprehensive energy management system across all Czech operating entities. Each project targets measurable CO₂ reduction and energy cost savings, contributing to HOPI's SBTi-aligned roadmap to 2030.
